# AI assistants in Connect

> Connie for the operation, Tia for documents, Salma on Quote Documents — then Cases for ownership.

# AI assistants in Connect

Assistants are built into Connect. You do not install them. Use the right one for the surface you are on, then put lasting work on a Case with an Assigned Team.

## Assistants you will meet

| **Salma**  | Quote Document detail (**Ask Salma**)                                 | Letter, lines, and price — apply or discard her proposals              |

Connie, job chat, contact chat, and Salma share the same chrome: **New chat**, **Sessions**, and **Close** in the header; **+** for saved prompts; the mic on the composer for a voice note.

## When to use which

* **Company-wide or ambiguous operational questions** → [Ask Connie](/connect/ask-connie)
* **Questions about a PDF or uploaded doc** → open the document and use Tia ([Knowledge base](/connect/knowledge-base))
* **Questions about a VH3 follow-on draft** → open the [Quote Document](/connect/quote-documents) and use Salma
* **Something that needs an owner** → create or update a [Case](/connect/cases) and [assign a Team](/connect/teams) after the brief

Quotes listed under [Sales performance](/connect/sales) are Quotient records. Salma for VH3 drafts lives on the Quote Document.
