# Sign in and reset password

> Sign in to VH3 Connect and recover access if you forget your password.

# Sign in and reset password

Sign in to VH3 Connect with the email and password for your company account.

## Prerequisites

* An active VH3 Connect user account for your company.
* If you were invited, complete [sign up / join](/connect/sign-up) first.

## Sign in

1. Open [https://app.vh3.ai/signin](https://app.vh3.ai/signin).
2. Enter your **Email Address** and **Password**.
3. Optionally enable **Remember me**.
4. Select **Continue**.
5. If company setup is incomplete, Connect may send you to [company and BigChange setup](/connect/company-setup) before the dashboard.

New users can open **Sign up** from this screen to register.

## Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, open **Forgot password?**.
2. Enter the email for your account and submit.
3. When you see **Check your email**, open the reset message.
4. Follow the link to `/reset-password` (a reset token is required).
5. Enter and confirm your new password, then return to sign in.
