Ask Connie

Connie is the global assistant in VH3 Connect. She reads your company’s operating picture and returns cited, data-backed answers — and she can work with Cases and Teams when the answer needs an owner.

Open Connie

  1. Sign in to app.vh3.ai.
  2. Select Ask Connie in the header.
  3. Ask in plain language.
  4. Review the answer, citations, and any structured UI she returns.
  5. Use New chat in the header when the topic changes. Sessions lists earlier threads. Close dismisses the pane.
You can also open Connie from Advanced search after selecting results (Ask Connie on the selection bar).

Composer and streaming

In any Connie or Salma pane:
  • + opens saved prompts (search the picker). Typing / in the editor still works.
  • The mic on the composer records a voice note.
  • You can stop a reply while it is generating.
  • Answers stream live. Thinking chrome and tool chips stay compact.

Sessions

Connie keeps chat sessions so you can return to a thread. Prefer one investigation per session — for example one Case, one customer risk, or one standup brief. Keep unrelated topics in separate threads.

Other entry points

  • Job detail — side chat Ask Connie, the same streamed Connie as the header drawer. Session history on a job is listed for that customer. (Jobs)
  • Contact drawer — Connie on the customer, same stream. (Contacts)
  • Quote DocumentAsk Salma on that document. (Quote Documents)
  • Advanced searchAsk Connie on a selection (Search)

Example prompts

  • “We have had three repeat HVAC callouts at this customer this quarter — what is going on?”
  • “Draft three bullets for the morning standup on open risks.”
  • “Show me which jobs you used for that answer.”
  • “Open or create a Case for this, assign the North Region Team, and summarise what we know so far.”
After Connie briefs, keep the lasting trail on a Case with an Assigned Team — chat is for investigation, Cases are for ownership. More habits: Connie and Working with your operation.
