Sign in and reset password

Sign in to VH3 Connect with the email and password for your company account. URL: https://app.vh3.ai/signin

Prerequisites

  • An active VH3 Connect user account for your company.
  • If you were invited, complete sign up / join first.

Sign in

  1. Open https://app.vh3.ai/signin.
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
  3. Optionally enable Remember me.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. If company setup is incomplete, Connect may send you to company and BigChange setup before the dashboard.
New users can open Sign up from this screen to register.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, open Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email for your account and submit.
  3. When you see Check your email, open the reset message.
  4. Follow the link to /reset-password (a reset token is required).
  5. Enter and confirm your new password, then return to sign in.
