Updates

Block and unit matching on portal orders. When a work order names a unit or a numbered range on a street, ingest ranks the property that contains that unit first. Neighbouring blocks on the same road stay behind it. See Portal Jobs and the ingest API.New sites stay in review. If no existing child contact covers that unit, ingest proposes a new site under the matching regional parent. The office still creates the contact and the job. See Portal Jobs.Job type profiles tell similar work apart. Profiles now describe each type next to nearby types, so matching follows the phrases on the current order. Routing phrases the office adds or removes stay on the type when a profile is regenerated. Check the suggested type in Portal Jobs.Job type profile calls use your tenant key. Generate, list, and get job type profiles on the VH3 AI Intelligence API require company_id and api_key, the same as other tenant-scoped endpoints.

Fixes

Prefix-and-number work-order references stay one reference through portal ingest.

New features

Portal Jobs in Connect. Sidebar Portal Jobs (/portal-jobs) lists ingest outcomes. The list opens on Awaiting evaluation. Switch to Correct, Incorrect, or All. Open a record to check the suggested customer, site, and job type, then mark the outcome. An overview at /portal-jobs/overview shows match scores and trends. See Portal Jobs. Each ingest attempt creates a Case. Portal ingest now writes a Case (job_extraction) for every attempt, including matches that need review and notices that stay on existing work. See Cases.

Updates

Lifecycle notices stay on existing work. Variations, quote accepted, quote rejected, quote requests, status updates, and invoice-only notices are classified as updates to the current job. See the ingest API.Worksheet answers stay when they mean something. Yes and No remain on the job. List and icon answers remain. Empty placeholders still drop. Recent worksheets can refresh without wiping older history. See Jobs.Briefings use UK local time for planned start and finish. See Briefings.VH3 AI n8n node 0.11.2–0.11.4. Update Case sends only the fields you selected. Delete Case archives through the existing transition. List Members includes name and contact details. List Cases can pass Scope, Sort, and Order. Upgrade from n8n Community Nodes or npm. See the n8n community node.Buy-and-build guide. New guide on connecting jobs and board measures across a UK field service group. See Buy-and-build in UK field service.

Fixes

Answered No stays on compact job reads. Connie and compact job payloads keep worksheet answers of No. See Ask Connie.Chat chips stay usable. Job Feed aggregate chips show the period and the comparison. Empty pills are gone. WorkBeam stays stable when a tool chip updates. See Ask Connie.

New features

VH3 AI n8n node 0.12.0. The community node now includes Ingest General Email for emails that do not come from a recognised portal. Ingest Portal Email remains available for structured portal work orders. Upgrade from n8n Community Nodes or npm. See the n8n community node and node reference.

Updates

Clearer email handling. General inbox emails and portal work orders now use separate ingest actions. Each action extracts job details and sends uncertain results for review.Source email traceability. Portal email results can retain the original mailbox and message references, so the office can trace a request back to the source email.

Fixes

Safer property and unit resolution. Housing work orders now favour the portal’s labelled address and location details when the email contains conflicting flat or block references. If the source does not provide a reliable unit, VH3 leaves the unit blank for review.

Updates

Assumed return labour still shows its price. When a draft fills omitted hours, period, or headcount so the office can review the return visit, those labour lines stay on the Price total. Confirm the hours to make the line a normal priced line. See Quote Documents. The letter follows the lines. A catalog miss, a tool, a surcharge, or a reversed name stays unpriced. The letter names those lines; it does not invent a complete kit.

New features

Quote Documents in Connect. Sidebar Quote Documents (/quoting/documents) is the working commercial record: letter, lines, Price, versions, and activity. Sales performance stays the Quotient quote list. See Quote Documents and Sales and quotes.Ask Salma on a Quote Document. Streamed chat, apply or discard proposals, sessions per document. Full-screen on a phone; split pane on desktop. See Quote Documents and AI assistants.Add catalog parts on a quote. Search make, part number, or title and add a line with quantity. Parts also appear in header search. See Quote Documents and Search. My Cases and Create case. Cases opens on My Cases. Create case is on the list: details and Team, then optional people. Filters match Jobs (status, type, priority). See Cases.

Updates

Quote Price and NTE. The document header shows Total and Net. The Price tab breaks out buckets, VAT, and unpriced lines. An NTE over/under banner appears; Approve is still available when the quote is over NTE. See Quote Documents.Job and Contact Connie. The same streamed Connie as the global drawer. Job sessions are listed by customer. Voice notes sit on the composer. See Ask Connie and Jobs.Chat chrome. New chat, Sessions, and Close sit in the header. + opens prompt commands. Thinking chrome and tool chips are quieter; answers stream live. See Ask Connie.Sidebar rail. Desktop nav starts collapsed; hover or pin to expand. Quote Documents and Teams are in the rail. See App overview.

Fixes

Quote cards show the job Ref, the reference your team uses.Parts notes keep line breaks in markdown preview.Empty Case tags no longer break the list.

New features

Quote drafts from follow-on work. After a job, VH3 can assemble a draft Quote Document from the documented follow-on: catalog materials, Rate Set labour, and a letter that follows the priced lines. Open Quote Documents in Connect to review the letter and lines. An engineer or estimator reviews and approves before anything goes to the customer. See Quote Documents.Estimate from the Intelligence API. Server-side automations can start that same quote path with company_id and api_key on the VH3 AI Intelligence API. Recipients are the list you pass. The commercial send stays the Quote Document approve path.Guides for operating-system builds and corrections. New guides on connecting the stack around the FMS you already run, and on keeping the judgment your team applies to AI inside your account. See Building an AI-native operating system and Every correction is teaching something.

Updates

VH3 AI n8n node 0.11.0. The community node now matches the live tenant API (n8n-nodes-vh3ai@0.11.0, tag v0.11.0). Job Feed, Cases, Connie chat, Sentinels, and BigChange resources stay as they are. Workflows on 0.10.x keep working. Upgrade from n8n Community Nodes or npm — see the n8n community node and node reference.
  • Teams. Create and manage teams, add members, link jobs, customers, and sites, and look up which teams an entity belongs to. See Teams.
  • Cases. New Assign Team operation. Set Team ID to 0 to clear the assigned team. See Cases.
  • Contact Feed. Enriched customer and contact list plus get-one with an operational snapshot (optional customer summary). See Contacts.
  • Quotient. List and get Quotient quotations, including date-window filters (issued vs accepted) and full or slim payload. See Quotient.
  • Quote Documents. VH3-owned quotes from Quote Run: list, get, and create documents; update commercial content and lifecycle; revisions, rate cards, and parts catalog. See Quote Documents.
  • Salma. Generate a Quote Run estimate for a job. You must supply recipient emails; they are not taken from the site contact. The result lands as a Quote Document. See Quote Documents.
  • Connie. New Generate Summary for a contact. See the Connie API.
  • Search. New Search Outcomes (Enriched) with related job, site, and customer context, plus server-side date, status, and result filters. Existing Search Outcomes is unchanged. See Search.
  • Users. New List User Teams. See Users.
Catalog sold units. Measured lengths and pack sizes on a quote line convert to how the catalog sells the part. A 1,200 mm batten prices as one 3.9 m length, not millimetres times the length price.Blanking plates stay plates. When the follow-on asks for blanks, the quote does not attach a consumer unit. Named fittings on the documented next job still price as usual.Job Ask Connie session titles. Job-scoped Connie sessions get a usable title after the first customer-summary turn, so they are easier to find in history. See Ask Connie and the Connie API.

Fixes

Steadier first read after a quiet period. Ask Connie and quote requests recover more cleanly when the intelligence layer has been idle.

New features

Account Summaries for parent contacts. Connie can produce an Account Summary for a parent contact — one overview that rolls up child Customer Summaries, account-level job history, and light commercial context (notes, invoices, and quotes). Account managers and ops leads can ask how an account is performing across the whole tree, not only one site or child contact. See Operational discovery and Connie.Cases and Teams with Connie. Connie can find Cases and Teams, create and annotate Cases, and set or clear a Case’s Assigned Team. Writes use the VH3 AI Intelligence API (company_id + tenant api_key). In Connect, Advanced Search helps you find jobs, create a Case, link evidence, assign a Team, add comments, and follow activity. Teams are first-class: manage members and roles, then assign Cases to the right ownership group. Agent comments show Connie’s avatar on the Case timeline. See Cases, Teams, Teams and cases, and Platform tools.Assign a Case’s Assigned Team. POST /cases/{case_id}/assign-team sets or clears the Team responsible for a Case. Reassignment replaces the current Team; team_id: 0 clears it. Activity records actor_type / actor_id.

New features

Punctuality insight. Ask Connie which jobs started or finished late, and rank them by the largest time variance so the jobs that need attention surface first. GET /jobs/feed and GET /jobs/feed/account accept finished_late, finished_early, started_late, and started_early. The same filters work under filters on POST /aggregate/jobs for late counts. Sort the feed by endDeltaMins or startDeltaMins for worst-N lists. See the Jobs API.Clearer Connie session history. Chat history returns clearer session titles (and related list metadata) so conversations are easier to find again. See the Connie API.ServiceChannel portal ingest. ServiceChannel new requests and accepted proposals can flow through portal ingestion alongside other FM portals. See Email Ingest.

Updates

VH3 AI n8n node 0.10.12. Filter by Started Late or Finished Late, sort by start or finish variance, and use the same filters on account feeds and aggregates. Existing workflows stay unchanged unless you add the new fields. Upgrade from n8n Community Nodes or npm — see the n8n community node and node reference.Agent kits for punctuality. AGENTS.md, Cursor rules, and the n8n node reference route “late”, “overrun”, and “worst-N” questions to the new filters and sort keys.Richer related-job context in search. Related-work recent jobs now include job id and status for tighter follow-through from search results. See Search.Notifications open the right item. In-app notifications now take you straight to the relevant job, case, or record when a deep link is available. See Notifications.

Fixes

Report engineer counts. Engineer counts in reports use the people who actually worked the jobs, not roster headcount alone. See Reports.Tabular PPM imports. Tabular PPM imports match the intended customer more reliably when branch and location evidence is present.

New features

Global Connie rollout. Connie is available more widely across VH3 Connect, with streamed text and voice so you can send a voice note and watch the answer generate. See Ask Connie and the Connie API (/connie/chat and /connie/chat/voice, including the unified stream).Shared prompt caching. Common tools and system context stay warmer for an hour, so repeated questions feel snappier and token use stays efficient. See Connie.

Updates

Steadier Connie on mobile. Longer answers and large tables stay inside the chat on mobile. Tool activity is clearer mid-stream, then settles to a simple tools-used summary when the turn finishes.

Fixes

Job reconciliation under incomplete FMS lists. Reconciliation no longer stalls when the FMS omits a handful of open IDs, so completed and returned jobs stay in sync with what you see in the FMS.

Updates

Live BigChange and connected apps in Connie. Connie can work with live BigChange information — notes, invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and sales opportunities — and, where enabled, connected apps such as Outlook, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slack, and Xero. See Connie and Native integrations.

Fixes

Connected-app resilience. Calendar availability, Xero filters, and other connected-app steps recover more cleanly when a call is interrupted mid-turn.Safer finance list queries. Invoice and quote list tools require a filter or date range so broad, expensive pulls are harder to trigger by accident.

New features

Intelligence layer launch. The VH3 AI intelligence layer is live: a maintained operational graph, meaning-based search, structured job enrichment, and continuous monitoring across your field service data. See Intelligence layer and Introduction.Connie. Ask plain-language questions against your live operational graph and get cited, synthesised answers. See the Connie guide and Connie API.Sentinels, cases, and teams. Sentinels watch the graph 24/7 for repeat visits, SLA drift, dormant customers, and emerging risk — and can open a case, draft context with Connie, and route it to the responsible team. Read the Sentinels guide and Users and teams.Email triage. Inbound emails are classified, linked to the right job or account, and queued for the right team. See Triage API and Email triage FAQ.Reports and briefings. Scheduled and on-demand operational reports and briefings draw from the live graph. See Reports, Briefings, and the Reports guide.Weather context. Weather data is now available as first-class operational context for jobs and sites. See Weather API.Agent Starter Kits. Ready-to-use configurations for connecting AI tools to the intelligence layer, including AGENTS.md, Cursor rules, the VH3 product MCP, Claude Projects, Claude Skills, and n8n agents.Verified n8n community node.
